I begin with an Aromatherapy oil infused salt foot scrub and salt foot soak. I establish what my client’s needs and wants are and if there is any area where they would like me to focus, and importantly the expectations of the treatment. And we begin …
Starting with foot reflexology I will see where the body is communicating through the feet reflexes, and we will gently work through any issues that may arise through the use of different holistic therapies and techniques. Because of my experience of different therapies, in my Reflexology sessions there will be elements of other holistic treatments aligning to what the body needs.

I am originally from Cork and grateful to call Shanagarry our home since 2019. Our family welcomed here with open arms by the warm community of people who live here.

I am a holistic therapist and reflexology is my first love, what I do best and love most.
